Senior Quantity Surveyor sought by leading project developer pioneering the delivery of fast response assets in the UK. The successful Quantity Surveyor will support delivery, taking responsibility from the project development team, supporting the closure of contracts and managing them through construction and handover to operations. The portfolio includes the UK’s largest utility batteries (100mw +) and UK’s first 100, 200 and 300mw reciprocating peaking plants. The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be comfortable overseeing risk and value management whilst driving the performance of sub-contractors and managing quality. Whilst there is a preference for past experience in thermal power generation, other large scale infrastructure experience will be considered.    Senior Quantity Surveyor key requirements; A minimum of 5 years’ experience on UK projects 5 years’ experience on projects more than £10m in value Experience and knowledge in M&E Commercial Projects Contract negotiation / delivery experience – Assertive profile Preference for past involvement in large scale power projects Experience seeing these agreements through to fulfilment Experience working in a main contractor (preferred) The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will inherit a pipeline of challenging projects, allowing the opportunity to deliver some of the latest generation peaking plant and largest battery energy storage assets worldwide. The ideal Contract Engineer will be equally comfortable closing commercial contracts as they will in driving the performance of sub-contractors and managing quality. The ideal Commercial Manager will be equally comfortable closing commercial contracts as they will in driving the performance of third parties and managing quality. You will have a background in thermal power generation, large scale renewables or T&D. Global equity investor and asset manager looking to expand their investment performance team through the hire of a senior analyst. Supporting a range of group functions, the successful senior analyst will gain exposure to Portfolio Performance, Value Enhancement, Valuation, Modelling, Risk and broader project finance activities. Working closely with investment and asset management teams your role will include everything from market entry analysis to asset divestment, refinancing and strategy. You will have a background working in Infrastructure (Social / Transport +), TMT or Renewable energy – a combination of two or three being optimal. Senior Analyst key requirements; 3/4/5+ Years experience working with investment or asset management Sector experience to include one or more of; Renewable Energy, Infrastructure or Telco Strong financial analysis skills including an understanding of financial statements, sensitivity analysis and project returns Experience working with financial models – build, review and amend Senior Analyst Ideal Traits; CFA – either on track or completed to level three ACA or equivalent qualification in place or in addition to CFA also suitable / advantageous. Experience representing equity preferred. Background in debt, advisory or project development also suitable. Experience supporting projects in multiple regions – America’s, Europe, Asia + Additional languages. The successful Senior Analyst will be involved in the full life-cycle of research, investment, optimisation and divestment of assets. You will benefit from exposure to the widest breadth or Infrastructure & Energy segments as well as a broad range of geographical locations.
